Parasols
Parasols provide the perfect sanctuary from the heat of a summers day. Jarder offers both cantilever parasols and more traditional parasol styles, so you can choose a design that is best suited to your needs...
But what is the difference between the two? Tilting cantilever parasols have a more flexible design. They allow you to extend the cover section away from the stand, enabling greater control over where the canopy is positioned and the angle of the umbrella. This means specific areas can be targeted to block sunlight and the parasol can be adjusted to shift with the moving sun. The more traditional parasol style which features the cover directly above the stand (these look more like umbrellas than the cantilever style) doesn’t provide as much flexibility and would need to be physically shifted to block out the moving sun. However, it does allow tilting for slight adjustments. Cantilever parasols are easy to extend, and these affordable, large parasols are perfect to place beside other garden furniture to provide shelter. Many of the best garden parasols we offer have parasol bases and covers that can be purchased separately. This means if parts are lost or damaged, replacement components can be bought instead of an entire parasol garden set.
Jarder offers a wide range of the best garden parasols which vary in price and design. Mostly the difference in price range is down to the composition of the parasols. The most expensive parasols are those which offer a stand that is entirely constructed from aluminium. At the cheaper end of the scale, parasols with a steel frame are offered, whilst at the mid-way price point there are parasols available that incorporate both aluminium and steel in their construction. Aluminium parasols are additionally lighter, which make them the easiest option to assemble, disassemble and store. One of Jarder’s most affordable 3m parasols is the Libra Parasol Set. By purchasing a cover, parasol and base set, this ensures you are provided with all the parts you require to set up your parasol immediately. There are five different coloured covers available with the Libra Parasol and this parasol has a 3m canopy diameter, providing broad coverage. Alternatively, there is the Roma Parasol Set which offers the same package and look as the Libra parasol, but it features an aluminium frame, providing a light design and a style that would not rust.
