Jarder Roof Cleaner – Powerful, Ready-to-Use Solution

Jarder Roof Cleaner is a professional-grade solution designed to eliminate black spots, green mould, algae, lichen, and more from your roof. Its super strength formula works fast, delivering visible results within hours. Suitable for all roof types, this versatile cleaner is also perfect for tackling dirt and grime on patio slabs and driveways, giving your entire exterior a fresh, clean look.

With no mixing required, simply apply Jarder Roof Cleaner directly using a watering can or pressure sprayer. Each 5L bottle covers up to 40 square metres, offering wide coverage for large areas.

Not suitable for PVC, tarmac, fencing, or decking.

How to use:

Always test on a small inconspicuous area.

Take care when applying and ensure no overspray or drips come into contact with unsuitable surfaces or areas.

If you’re using a ladder, make sure it's stable, and avoid working on the roof when it’s wet, as it can become slippery.

1. Sweep away loose debris & heavy dirt.

2. Please ensure you are wearing safety gloves and glasses.

3. Decant product into a pump sprayer ideally or a watering can.

4. Apply to the affected area – agitating with a brush can accelerate the process.

5. Leave for at least 2 hours or overnight if possible. 

6. Wash down with clean water with a hose or watering can.

7. The treatment can be reapplied once dry for badly affected areas.

8. If used in accessible areas, do not allow children or pets on the surface until it is completely dry.

When used on metal roofs: Avoid using a pressure washer at high settings, as this can damage metal roofs. Let the solution sit for about 5-10 minutes to allow it to break down mold or mildew but don’t let it dry on the surface. Rinse the roof thoroughly with clean water to remove any bleach residue. Leaving bleach on a metal roof can lead to corrosion or discoloration over time.
