SECTION 21 – RIGHT TO CANCEL (CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

If you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us by email or post within the cancellation period.
You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of informing us of cancellation. The cost and arrangement of returning the goods will be your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We will issue a refund (including standard delivery charges where applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
We may deduct from your refund any reduction in the value of the goods if they have been handled more than necessary.

This cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to order, customised, or otherwise exempt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
